Thank you for your response. Be gentle with yourself. Take small steps. Why don't you try not wearing the wig BUT wearing a really cool hat or scarf to start. If your feeling brave then take it off. If you start to feel a little uncomfortable, put your hat back on. It's all about how YOU feel. It may be a gradual shift. If you continue to challenge yourself you will find that your confidence will grow every time you do it. Don't feel pressured. It's your walk. Walk slow or walk fast.
